Call it minimalism, essentialism, or whatever the hell you want. I call it The Simple Life. I'm 100% convinced that a simpler life makes us happier, calmer, more content, and more prone to experience success in our lives.

My aim isn't for you have less as much as I want you to learn to want less. The freedom comes in not wanting more of this and more of that. Left to ourselves, we'll always want more. But that's a disease of which we must rid ourselves.

Whether you want to make more money, save more money, build better relationships, become more disciplined, or have more time during the day—I believe living a simple life can help you get there.

The beauty of this course is that I won't be telling you what to do. I'll guide you toward the simple life but you're in charge. Why? Because a simple life for you is going to look much different than a simple life for me. I'll share my years of experience, my strategy, my tips, and I'll point you in the right direction. But you must take each and every step.

  • WEEK 1: REDUCE PART 1
    We'll begin with an outward purge (clothes, shoes, furniture, storage, etc). 

  • WEEK 2: REDUCE PART 2  
    Then, we'll tackle the dreaded inward purge (relationships, social media, habits, budget, etc).

  • WEEK 3: REPRESS 
    At this point in the course, we've identified things that need to go and now it's time to detox! We'll spend time disconnecting from outside “voices” and we'll listen to what our hearts, souls, and minds have to say.

  • WEEK 4: REPLENISH
    Now that we’ve purged and detoxed, we'll put tangible and intangible things back into our lives. The most important part about this final step is that we will put back only what matters—that which will help us live more meaningful lives.

When Do We Begin?

This course will run from October 1 2018 - October 31 2018. This timeframe is very intentional. My aim is that you'll make monumental changes in your life as we approach the new year! But let's be honest—Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are great times to be with family and friends so let's tackle pursuing a simpler life before we get too busy with the end-of-year festivities.
